Riley Tillon is a minor character in the The Monument Mythos series, known for his civilian status and his keen interest in studying the Cornerfolk.

Cornerfolk

The first episode in the series. The video starts with Riley Tillon believing that there is an unseen presence in his house known as the 'cornerfolk' which are creatures that move from one plane of reality to another, using his house as a "resting point". Riley manages to capture one on camera and theorizes that they come from a supposed 'cornerworld'. Riley becomes obsessed with the 'cornerworld' and ultimately decides to enter it, transporting him to a bizarre universe of light; police later found Riley asleep in a corner of his room, his organs folded, requiring immediate medical attention. Riley later proceeded to avidly fold origami despite never being taught how to.

Cornerworld

The last episode in the series. In this video, Riley describes how entering the Cornerworld has opened his mind, dreaming of messages from other words which he characterizes as "stray transmissions". Riley, who thinks the cornerfolk are punishing him, returns to the Cornerworld to make them fear him instead. However, Riley meets Cthonaut A in his "gallery" instead. Cthonaut A asks Riley to either respect the cornerfolk or be evicted. However, Cthonaut A also admits that it has been lonely and is glad there is someone to talk to. He asks Riley if he wants to help him obtain "monuments" for the gallery, which Riley accepts. The two obtain the Great Pyramid(s) of Giza, Mount Rushmore, the Statue of Freedom, and the Statue of Liberty among other monuments from an unknown universe; this causes the Liberty Lurker to reappear.
