Last Son of Alcatraz |
When Richard Nixon landed on the Moon of the Nixonverse, he created three entities to make sure that if he ever came to earth, humans would treat him well. One of these would be “The Last Son of Alcatraz.” The Last Son had memories of famous American actor Kirk Alyn. |
Alice Avenue provided a more detailed report of his youth. He was a conscientious youth who cleaned his father's workshop every day before heading to school, driving by himself. During the drives, he'd often get lost in thought about his place in the universe, believing it was his role to help people. He believed that, in order to help people, he must win at any cost. On one drive, he ended up more lost in thought than usual, and crashed into James Dean's vehicle. Although the Last Son was quick to help, he ultimately could not rescue the driver, who told him "You won little bastard, you won," before dying. The Last Son ultimately passed out from either pain or exhaustion, and ended up having a vivid dream. In the dream was on a cliff by the sea, with James Dean's car on a collision course with him. He decided to dive off the cliff, and before he hit the water, he was able to escape death by flying. When the Last Son woke up, he flew away from the scene as he did in his dream. His philosophy from then on was to win at any cost, so that he could save everyone. |

Heroism and Intervention in Korea |
At some point, the Last Son established himself a fortress in Alaska. |
It is reported that the Last Son was heavily involved in the Korean War, intervening on behalf of both the United States-backed South Korea, and North Korea. It is unknown what informed the Last Son's choice of side during any particular intervening action. Many government officials and military officers took note of the Last Son at this time, and believed it was only a matter of time before he took over the world. |

Vietnam |
After intervening in Korea, the Last Son returned to his fortress in Alaska. The United States chose to drop nuclear bombs on Alaska in an attempt to capture him which succeeded. He may have lost an eye during this attack. Alaska was seemingly destroyed by this as well, creating the location known as Dark Alaska. |
Upon capturing the Last Son, the United States implanted him with an eye collected on the Apollo 12 mission to the Moon. This allowed the government to control the mind of the Last Son, and transform him into an impersonation of Jesus Christ. In this form, the Last Son took on the appearance of Jesus nailed to a crucifix. After gaining control of the Last Son, the United States used him in their first trial of the 'sweep-and-redeem' tactic. The Last Son swept from north to south, presumably killing millions in the campaign, and successfully defeated North Vietnam. This trial presumably killed millions and was the basis of America's "Peace Equation" in which "Our Freedom > Your Freedom, Our Christ > Your Christ". After the war, a new government was presumably instated by the United States, renaming the nation to Bethlenam. The United States presumably intended to use the Last Son for future conquests against the rest of the world. |

After Vietnam, the Last Son seemingly escaped the grasp of the United States Government and returned to Dark Alaska, guilty over what he had done to the people of Vietnam. When he arrived, he transformed into a house resembling his family home, the way he wished to present himself to those he had hurt. The United States would later make a cover story to explain the House in the Ocean as an urban legend. |

The House in the Ocean Coverup |
As their name implies they were a group of houses that appeared in oceans all around the globe for seemingly no reason as early as the early 30s, thus being described as "Mirages" by local authorities. Several countermeasures against the Houses have been attempted, ranging from the foundation of a "House Club" dedicated to shooting the Houses, and a barricade made out of specialized "killer wood chips" to avoid the public from coming into contact with them after the realization of the Houses being able to deflect the damage being done to them. Eventually, who lives inside the houses would render all countermeasures obsolete, as he would "restore" the video warnings of several government officials into gaslighting the public into shooting the Houses and eventually sending the wood chips back every three years. |

Lunarians Invasion |
The Lunarians discovered the Last Son in Dark Alaska, and communicated with him telepathically from a cloud ship. They proposed to make him their king, which he refused. Ultimately, the cloud ship descended upon him and transformed the Last Son anyways, turning him into their king, the Crescent King. |
As the Crescent King, the Last Son was used by the Lunarians to slowly destroy human languages without being noticed. This was all part of the Lunarian's plan to dominate humanity by destroying their language and indoctrinating them into Lunarian society. Only Alice Avenue recognized that it was occurring, and broadcasted a message showing the Last Son's origin in hopes of convincing him to stop. |

Crescent King Coverup |
A interviewer and a man named Eli recount an incident that has been spreading across the east coast, likely the east coast of the US. Eli recalls fishing with a friend when she noticed a weird set of stars moving in an unnatural way in the sky. When the friend notifies Eli, he immediately went to see the event, being known as the local astronomer. When he arrives, he could not find the friends boat, and set his telescope up to view the stars. Eli watched the "stars" for several hours until they began hurling at the ground at tremendous speeds. The interviewer asks how fast they were going, and Eli notes they traveled from the clouds to the surface in a blink of an eye. When the stars reach the surface, they approach Eli, and are revealed to have organic tendrils protruding from them. The largest of them speaks to Eli about The Crescent King's arrival in three cycles, these cycles being days. The "stars" then propel into the sky, causing Eli and his boat to sink, as Eli is pulled into the ocean by his telescope. He sees the remnants of many boats and corpses in the water, including his friend, and swims to the shore. The interviewer asks if he knows of William Rice or Bert Essex, two men who also went missing in the area. Eli says he does not. Eli then explains the feeling of utter helplessness at the sheer power of the beings that came before him, before his soul is thrown out of his body by a projection of The Crescent King. The King then probed his mind and body to see if he was a suitable container for himself, and when he was finished, Eli's soul was launched back into his body, knocking him unconscious. The interviewer asked if he had any messages in his dreams, and Eli says he does not remember. Eli slept for one whole day after the event, and awoke on the beach. Eli would then begin to claw at his skin and drink salt water and attempt to soil his body. This would not work, as he passes out from exhaustion and watches as The Crescent King metaphorically enters his mind, falling into the ocean. The interviewer then tells Eli that several people have had a similar experience, and many come out catatonic, and when the stories got out, sent the east coast into a panic. Eli remarks that this is good, and the interviewer is confused, as Eli's head contorts and reveals a crescent shaped head with a tendril coming out of it, assumedly killing the interviewer. After this, Eli and the King end up having to share his body and take turns, one going unconscious when the other takes over. |

Later Life |
After the Lunarians were destroyed by the D-Day Knight, the Last Son remained as the Crescent King. Either unable or unwilling to transform back to his original form, the Last Son remained in his Crescent King form. |
When Molly Avenue came to Dark Alaska, she found and recorded the Last Son. He is shown to be crying, unable to stop, presumably out of grief. She states that grief made him a monster. Towards the end of her recording, he brings himself to his feet, and Molly Avenue states that "the horned serpent lives." |

Dwight Comics/Fictionalization |
Richard Nixon explained to Ed Dwight the true origins of the Last Son, and stated that when the Last Son becomes the Crescent King he would become the most dangerous leader in the universe. As a result, he must be destroyed. The only way to do this is render him as a work of fiction, which is what Nixon does, transforming the entire universe into a work of fiction published by Dwight Comics. |
