Story |
Cthonaut C is assigned the mission to determine the prevalence of American Wonderland Syndrome in the Martian Serpent Metastructure. |
After entering a capsule, Cthonaut C is stationed in the U.S.S. George Washington. The shuttle releases the capsule, which approaches the Martian Serpent previously released by Elon Musk. |
Footage captured inside the Martian Serpent Metastructure depicts a strikingly similar scene to the Horned Serpent Metastructure. Within this red-hued environment, an endless array of reflecting trees is observed. Suddenly, the Metastructure begins to flicker and convulse rapidly, gradually transitioning from red to white, suggesting that Cthonaut C has been transported to the Horned Serpent Metastructure. |
While exploring the Horned Serpent Metastructure, Cthonaut C unexpectedly encounters a young child named Everett. Acting as a guardian in this challenging environment, Cthonaut C nurtures and provides for the child during their time together. Tragically, a special tree eventually leads Everett away, leaving Cthonaut C devastated. To find solace, Cthonaut C dedicates a significant amount of time to expressing their experience through drawing. Ultimately, overwhelmed by grief, Cthonaut C decides to take their own life. |
